Never give up on hope.

Dear Little Baby,

Your Daddy came to see us today. He brought us flowers, a giant teddy bear, and a BUNCH of candy. He’s staying the night tonight, too. He took me on a wheelchair ride to see the outside world for the first time in a week and to see other parts of the hospital. I got to see the Ronald McDonald house–they have washers and dryers and all sorts of stuff there. Your Daddy is going to help me get some laundry done tomorrow. I had never really considered how wonderful the Ronald McDonald Foundation really is until this. I have a new appreciation for who they are and what they do. That’s about all I’ve got for today, though. For now, Little Baby, hang in and hang on. As long as you’re fighting, I’m fighting.

  1. The Ronald House and March of Dimes were central to the birth of my youngest child. Without them I doubt she would have made it. She was born early and needed micro preemie clothes…. they pulled through with clothes, diapers, formula, and a place to sleep when she was in NICU. God bless you!
